Senior Data Analyst
London (Hybrid)
£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing technology business operating in the digital and media analytics space, and they're looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst to join their expanding Business Intelligence team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a highly visible role, working with global brands while also mentoring junior analysts and influencing data strategy.
The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis to support both client-facing work and internal decision-making.
You'll work closely with senior leadership while also helping to guide and develop more junior members of the team. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on advanced analytics, problem solving and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced data analysis to support business and client decisions
- Support and mentor junior analysts within the team
- Contribute to high-quality, data-led client proposals
- Act as a key point of contact for complex analytical challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive data usage
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Support senior leadership with BI initiatives and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation
- Promote best practice and data quality standards
Experience Required
- Strong experience with Python (or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in data modelling, cleansing and enrichment
- Understanding of data quality and validation
- Proven experience working on complex data or analytics projects
- Experience handling large datasets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience with geospatial data
- Background in media, marketing or agency environments
