Overview
We're looking for a highly proactive Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in marketing technology and performance analytics. This role requires someone who can uncover insights, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders through data-led recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities and demonstrate value to stakeholders through actionable insights
- Influence and challenge stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Perform customer segmentation and deep customer behaviour analysis
- Analyse product interactions and customer journeys to optimise performance
- Deliver insight-led recommendations across:
- Customer add-on history
- Retention strategies and test-and-learn approaches
- Identification of the most profitable customer segments
- Monitor and analyse churn and marketing performance metrics
- Explore and leverage untapped data sources, including:
- Handset data
- Customer service data
- Assess emerging products and advise on strategic direction
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst within marketing or customer-focused environments
- Strong background in customer segmentation, loyalty, and marketing analytics
- Experience translating data into clear commercial insight and strategy
- Proficiency in:
- SQL
- Python and/or R
- Power BI
Industry Experience
- Experience within telecommunications or fast-paced retail environments is highly desirable
