Senior Data Analyst
London (Hybrid 3 days in office)

This is a promising opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to step into a hands on role within a growing data and technology environment. You will combine advanced analytics with team leadership, playing a role in shaping how data drives business decisions and client outcomes.

The Role
You will lead on complex analytical work while mentoring junior analysts and supporting senior stakeholders across the business. This role blends technical delivery with people leadership and strategic input.
- Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analysis to support business decisions
- Manage, mentor and develop a small team of analysts
- Act as a key escalation point for complex technical and analytical challenges
- Translate business requirements into data driven solutions and insights
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape data strategy and priorities
- Ensure high quality outputs across team deliverables and client projects
- Drive improvements in processes through automation and best practice
- Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience using Python for data analysis and dashboarding tool
- Strong understanding of data modelling, cleansing and enrichment techniques
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Ability to lead projects and support or mentor junior team members
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
