Senior Electrical – Multi skilled shift engineer
I'm helping a major FM service provider find a senior electrical bias shift engineer on a large contract in East London.
£52,000 + overtime + Scheduled pay rise

Further training and progression
Tasks:
- Lead a 2x person shift on a 40+ store commerical office space

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Carry out scheduled maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC equipment.

Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.

Fault Diagnosis and Repair

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults on a variety of systems, including control panels, motors, pumps, and BMS.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is back in service as quickly as possible.

Electrical Installations and Upgrades

Carry out electrical installations, modifications, and upgrades as required, adhering to relevant regulations and standards (BS7671).
Qualifications:
- NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 electrical installations
- 17th or 18th Edition
