AJ Chambers are working with a growing boutique law firm in Central London who are seeking a Senior Employment Associate to join their employment team.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a lead advisor on complex contentious and non-contentious matters, bridging the gap between associates and partners
- Draft executive contracts, company policies, and providing strategic advice on reorganisations, redundancies, and corporate transactions.
- Manage high-value tribunal litigation,
- Advise senior executives or corporate clients on strategic HR issues,
- Delegate to, mentor and supervise junior associates and trainees to ensure high-quality output
- M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support;
- Tribunal / Court work
Qualifications:
- Have 6-9 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Have a small client following
- Possess both contentious and non-contentious experience and ideally will have acted for both employers and senior employees.
- Have strong academics
