- Maintain a visible presence on estates, addressing concerns, supporting residents, and reporting safety or environmental issues
- Engage with residents and support community initiatives, encouraging involvement and signposting to relevant services
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to report issues, coordinate actions, and support effective service delivery
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work under pressure and use initiative to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively
- Is confident using IT systems to accurately record inspections, report issues, and manage day-to-day activities
- Works in line with Health & Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessments, and safe systems of work
- Has strong attention to detail, identifying issues and ensuring they are followed through to resolution
- Can communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and residents
- Is confident working in community settings and dealing with challenging situations or behaviour
- Can use initiative, prioritise workloads, and identify opportunities to improve services
- Holds a full, UK manual driving licence
