The Role
Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of event project management, from taking the initial client brief through to on-site delivery
This is a broad role where the Senior Event Project Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including;
– Taking briefs directly from clients to understand their needs
– Putting together proposals
– Supporting on pitch presentations
– Collaborating with internal creative and production teams
– Liaising with external suppliers
– Sourcing venues (UK and overseas)
– Managing delegate registration and liaison
– Booking travel, accommodation and other event logistics
– Budget management
– Delegating management
– Managing events on-site (internationally)
The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Senior Event Project Manager for an event agency, with a deep understanding of the pharma events sector. If you have delivered conferences, congress and ad boards then we need you!
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore the role will require you to travel.
Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Senior Event Project Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
