Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric – London (Hybrid) – Up to £65,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, international organisation operating across 15 countries and delivering over 1 million services each year. The business is well underway on a major data transformation, with Microsoft Fabric at the core of its data platform, with continued migration away from legacy systems.
With continued investment across Fabric, CRM (Dynamics 365), automation, this role offers a seat at the table to help shape how data is engineered, used, delivered across the organisation. You'll be joining at a pivotal stage-working in a Fabric-first environment, while still having meaningful input into how remaining legacy data is modernised, improved.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Data Engineer who values business context, wants to play a key role in turning CRM data into actionable insight.
You will work with
- Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks) in a live production environment
- Building, enhancing Data Factory pipelines as part of an ongoing migration into Fabric
- PySpark for data transformation, engineering within Fabric notebooks
- SQL queries, transformation logic within Fabric
- CRM data (Dynamics 365 / Dataverse), supporting integration, modelling, optimisation
- Business stakeholders to understand how CRM data is used, where gaps exist, how data solutions can improve outcomes
- Pipeline optimisation, data quality improvements, automation initiatives

Key experience
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, transformations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Experience building, maintaining data pipelines (Data Factory / Fabric Pipelines)
- PySpark experience for data engineering, transformation
- Exposure to CRM data, understanding of how CRM supports business processes
- Ability to work with stakeholders to identify data gaps, translate requirements into practical solutions
- Comfortable working in environments that include both modern platforms, legacy systems
