Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor
- Act as the lead contact for employee relations matters, providing commercially focused Human Resource guidance
- Partner with the colleagues to deliver key people initiatives across the business
- Support performance management, learning and development, reward and systems activity
- Lead and contribute to projects that enhance wellbeing and inclusion across the organisation
- Analyse data, identify trends and produce recommendations to support business decisions
- Ensure policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and effectively
What we're looking for in a Senior HR Advisor
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or a relevant HR degree
- Strong generalist HR knowledge across the full employee lifecycle
- Up-to-date understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations casework and producing meaningful HR data and reporting
- Experience supporting or leading HR improvement projects, including wellbeing or diversity initiatives
Working hours: Full-time, hybrid working with attendance in the Leeds office 1–2 days per week.
