Description
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to address employee relations and performance management issues.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural change programmes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the professional services industry.
- A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
- Experience within Professional services.
- Experience in leading organisational change and managing complex HR projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
