Job Description:
Senior HR Manager (1 year fixed term contract)

Basingstoke based near railway station however this role involves some travel to other sites and therefore only car drivers apply (car allowance is supplied as part of package).
Job Summary
Our client is an ever changing fast growing global organisation, and due to continued growth , an opportunity has arisen as Senior HR Manager on a fixed term contract for 1 year, which may continue to a permanent role in the future.
This role would provide leadership to the team, including coaching and development planning to ensure growth. You would be responsible for 2 reports in the team which is well established and stable.
Duties
Responsible for HR duties such as employee relations, training and organizational development within the UK.
Partner with senior leaders to align people and business goals
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning
Analyze trends and provide information
Drive initiatives forward for employee engagement, retention and performance to add value to the business.
Skills
10-15 years experience in HR within a commercial or manufacturing environment ideally in a corporate organisation
CIPD qualification ideally CIPD level 5-7
Sound knowledge of UK employment laws
Excellent computer skills, including ATS
Car driver essential
Collaboration is essential in this role
