Our client is a leading SaaS provider supporting clients globally with platform implementations. They are looking for experienced Senior IT Business Analysts.Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Work with clients to design and build products, translating requirements into structured system solutions
- Configure product logic including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys, and policy outputs
- Own delivery from build through testing and launch
- Analyse and enhance live products, supporting the full policy lifecycle and advising clients on best practice

Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in consulting, ideally with platform exposure or as a client-facing Business Analyst
- Enjoy combining business analysis with hands-on configuration and problem-solving
- Communicate confidently and can translate complex requirements into clear solutions

- Location: Birmingham (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
- Salary: Up to £52,000
