I am working with an established business in Ipswich to recruit a Senior Java Developer for a key product-focused role. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a complex system, help shape the product roadmap and support continued growth.
In your new role you will work closely with technical, operational and commercial stakeholders to deliver new features, support BAU development, resolve complex issues, review code and mentor junior developers.
Ideal experience includes:
- Strong commercial Java development experience
- Strong SQL skills
- JavaScript/jQuery, HTML and CSS experience
- Experience with REST/SOAP interfaces
- Knowledge of secure systems, version control and release management
- Previous experience leading development on a complex system would be beneficial
