Senior Lawyer – Children & Families – Remote – £55ph+
A client of ours based in the North West, are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer with a background in Children & Families law to join their busy but supportive team on a long term contract, offering remote working and an ASAP start!

Responsibilities –
- Working within their Public Law subgroup, managing a caseload primarily consisting of section 31 and DoLS matters.
- Working to ensure the safeguarding and statutory responsibilities of the Council are fulfilled.
- Providing timely, high quality and accurate legal, tactical and strategic advice.
- Where appropriate, to demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills achieving the best possible outcomes for the client.
Requirements –
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX lawyer
- Previous experience within Children & Families
- Experience within Section 31 and DoLS matters
- Available to start within 2-3 weeks
