An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Partner within a leading US law firm's Restructuring team.
This is a fast-paced, high-level role requiring a proactive, confident EA who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Extensive client liaison
- International travel and expenses
- Billing and matter management support
- Meeting and event coordination
- Document and presentation preparation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Legal PA/EA experience within a US or international law firm
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach
- The confidence to work independently and keep a busy Partner on track
