Senior Lettings Manager — Award-Winning Estate Agency, Crawley
Basic Salary £30,000 | Realistic Earnings £55,000 – £60,000 (including commission)
Our client, a highly regarded and well-established estate agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead their lettings team in Crawley and drive continued growth and performance.
The Package
- Basic salary £30,000, with realistic total earnings of £55,000 – £60,000 including uncapped commission
- Company car or car allowance (up to £4,000)

The Role
- Deliver exceptional lettings expertise and service to customers
- Manage business profitability and drive business development
- Generate new leads and boost overall performance
- List properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental price
- Motivate, coach and manage your team, including running morning meetings
- Stay ahead of market trends to become the go-to local expert
- Work closely with your team to match properties with the right tenants

- Strong relationship-builder with a proven track record of converting valuations into successful lets

- Full UK driving licence essential
