Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Coventry
BasicSalary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE
OTE: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm)
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career, or for a Senior Lettings Negotiator seeking a new challenge within a successful and growing estate agency business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new business
- Register applicants and arrange viewings
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree tenancies
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Achieve personal and branch targets
Requirements
- Previous residential lettings experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
