The Role
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and securing lets
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Winning instructions through canvassing and referrals
- Managing applicants through the lettings process
- Working towards and exceeding branch targets
Essential Requirements
Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 2 years' Residential Lettings experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
Proven track record within a target-driven agency environment
Experience conducting viewings and negotiating lets
Strong business generation skills
Experience using Reapit preferred
Full UK Driving Licence required
