What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Managing rental enquiries and conducting property viewings
  • Securing tenancies and negotiating rental agreements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring properties are let efficiently and compliantly
  • Working to and exceeding lettings targets
  • Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience in residential lettings essential
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Professional, presentable, and confident
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Good local knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
