As a result of continued success, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Operations Exhibition Manager to oversee a flagship portfolio of events.
The Role
Due to ongoing growth and portfolio expansion, we are looking for a Senior Operations Exhibition Manager to take ownership of the operational planning and delivery of multiple large-scale exhibitions and conferences.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring events are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards, whilst driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.
This is a broad role where the Senior Operations Exhibition Manager will utilise their event operations, leadership and project management expertise, including:
– End-to-end event operations management
– Budget and supplier management
– Venue, contractor and exhibitor coordination
– Health & safety and compliance oversight
– Leading onsite event delivery
– Driving operational improvements and sustainability initiatives
– Managing and developing an Operations Executive
The Candidate
Candidates should be working as a Senior Operations Exhibition Manager, with significant experience delivering large-scale exhibitions, conferences or trade events within a senior operational role.
As a Senior Operations Exhibition Manager you will possess strong project management skills, commercial awareness and experience managing suppliers, budgets and health & safety compliance within live event environments.
We're looking for someone who is:
– Highly organised and solutions-focused
– A strong communicator and relationship builder
– Commercially aware and detail-oriented
– Calm under pressure and passionate about live events
IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) is essential, with NEBOSH and AutoCAD experience considered advantageous.
Most importantly, we are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional live experiences.
