An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join a supportive and highly respected Top 100 Law Firm in Bristol. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their legal career within a specialist area of law, working closely with experienced lawyers and supporting clients through complex and sensitive matters.

The Role:
- Assist lawyers with clinical negligence claims and inquests
- Provide professional and empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and support case preparation
- Attend hearings and assist with case progression
- Support marketing, business development, and database management activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
- Manage caseloads efficiently and ensure compliance with procedures
About You:
- LLB or CILEx qualification (desirable)
- Experience in clinical negligence, inquests, personal injury, or related area (desirable)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
- Keen interest in developing within clinical negligence law
