A growing pensions consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Pensions Consultant to join its client advisory team. This is a leadership-focused role with responsibility for managing key client relationships, delivering strategic advice and supporting the growth of the wider business.
This is a client-facing consulting role where you will:
- Lead relationships with trustee and corporate pension scheme clients
- Provide strategic advice on pension scheme funding, investment and risk management
- Develop innovative and commercially focused pension solutions
- Attend and lead client and trustee meetings
- Identify opportunities for business development and service expansion
- Mentor and support the development of junior consultants
About You
- Strong experience within UK pensions consulting
- Excellent understanding of the pensions landscape and current market issues
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advice
- Commercially aware with business development experience
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about developing and leading others
