Exeter (Topsham – Hybrid) | Warm Desk | Uncapped Commission
Butler Rose is expanding its high-performing South West team and we're looking for an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a warm, established Accountancy & Finance desk.
This is an opportunity for a proven biller to step into an existing client base and build on strong foundations.

What you'll be doing
- Managing and developing a high-potential A&F desk across the South West
- Building long-term relationships with clients and finance professionals
- Driving billings growth while maintaining high service standards
- Identifying opportunities to expand into new areas

What we're looking for
- A proven recruiter (agency) with a consistent billing track record
- Experience in the South West market (A&F ideal, but not essential)
- Someone with the ambition to grow beyond a desk
- Commercial mindset with strong relationship-building ability
