Senior Procurement & Systems Administrator
Greater Manchester – Hybrid
£32,000 – £35,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client, a FTSE100 supplier to the retail industry now has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement & Systems Administrator to join their team.
**Candidates will have a strong procurement administration background, have experience of implementing systems and advanced Excel skills**

Key Accountabilities:
Product Lifecycle
- Complete all Product Set-ups and Price Changes in Connect II within agreed timescales.
- Gather product specifications & images to support Product Set-ups within agreed timescales & provide to Business Support.
- Put forward suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce administration.
Invoice Query Resolution
- Co-ordinate Invoice Queries process.
- Investigate invoice queries & provide Category Managers & Buyers will supporting documentation to help resolve queries.
- Contact with suppliers and procurement team to resolve queries, as required.
- Action resulting Product Lifecycle forms.
- Report on outstanding queries and resolved queries, and ensure query values reduce.
Supplier & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Maintain Supplier contacts database
- Conduct and develop professional & meaningful relationships both internally and externally with suppliers where required.
Product Samples:
- Manage sample requests for Category Managers & Buyers, Customers, tenders & Suppliers
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Possess strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have a strong attention to detail
- A resilient and motivated individual is required for this role in order to effectively manage relationships
- Organised
- Excellent planning skills
