Senior Procurement Manager – Technology £85,000 – £100,000 + Discretionary Bonus London City (3 days a week in the office)

Your new company You'll be joining a leading London Market insurance business undergoing a period of transformation, with procurement becoming increasingly embedded in strategic decision-making. Following recent structural changes and a new strategy launch, the function now has stronger executive engagement and greater visibility across the organisation, creating a genuine opportunity to drive impact. Your new role As Senior IT Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of the technology category across a complex, multi-supplier estate, working closely with stakeholders across Technology and Operations. This role will focus on building and strengthening relationships within the business, particularly within Operations, and acting as a true partner to shape and deliver the organisation's procurement strategy. You will support a significant outsourcing programme, manage key strategic suppliers, and play a key role in structuring the right commercial and supplier models across the technology estate. With a high volume of suppliers and increased early engagement from stakeholders, this is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence decision-making and drive measurable value. What you'll need to succeed You will bring strong IT procurement experience across software, infrastructure, and services, ideally within a complex, regulated environment. You will demonstrate the ability to build credible relationships, influence stakeholders, and operate across multiple suppliers and service models. A strong grounding in contract negotiation and commercial structuring is essential, alongside the ability to navigate governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
