The Company

A leader within the delivery of global events, this company aims to deliver an unforgettable experience to each and every client they work with. Although the team is small, the events they deliver are huge, working with budgets and delegate numbers of up to 1000.  With a growing client base and a passionate team there has never been a better time for an Event Project Manager to come on board.

The Role Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of Event Management, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.

This is a broad role where the Senior Event Project Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including; 

•          Developing new and existing client relationships

•          Taking a full brief and understanding the clients’ requirements

•          Pitching and presenting to clients

•          Planning, organising and managing resources accordingly

•          Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, including DMC’s, venues, etc.

•          Overseeing delegate registration and logistics

•          Taking full responsibility for the budget

•          Managing the onsite delivery of events

•          Leading and motivating junior members of the team

The Candidate Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Senior Event Project Manager from within a corporate event agency delivering international conferences and experience in using Cvent!  Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Project Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
