A leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for a Chartered Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with strong consultancy experience to deliver high-quality projects for major clients across the capital.
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders. This Senior Project Manager role would suit a Chartered Senior Project Manager who is confident managing complex schemes, building client relationships, and supporting junior team members. The successful Senior Project Manager will be organised, commercially aware, and capable of delivering projects independently within a respected real estate environment.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will manage construction and property projects across London, taking responsibility for programme, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, risk management, reporting, and project delivery.
The Senior Project Manager will chair meetings, manage multidisciplinary teams, advise clients, monitor project performance, and ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Senior Project Manager will also support client relationship management, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the continued growth of the project management team.
The Senior Project Manager
The successful Senior Project Manager will have:
- Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
- Chartered status, ideally MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB
- Strong project management experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, or development projects
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery
- Experience leading projects from inception through to completion
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
