Senior Property Manager – Residential Portfolio (c. 100 Units)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing corporate organisation, managing a high-quality residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a tailored, client-focused service in a professional and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of residential property management and ideally be familiar with the Renters Reform Act (or keen to develop expertise in this area). You’ll take ownership of the portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently, compliantly, and to an exceptional standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of circa 95 residential properties
- Delivering a high-touch, tailored service to landlords and tenants
- Overseeing maintenance, compliance, and tenancy matters end-to-end
- Ensuring up-to-date knowledge and application of current legislation, including the Renters Reform Act
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Ideally ARLA Level 3 qualified, or willingness to complete (fully supported by the employer)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
Working hours & benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- After initial training, 2 days working from home
