Our client is currently looking for a talented, experienced Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of their own. Based in their well-established property management team in North London you will be experienced in Reapit, Goodlord and Flixflo.

As a Property Manager, you will provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of property management services.

Property Operations

  • Manage the daily operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties to ensure efficient performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring they remain safe, well-presented, and fully compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out routine property inspections, identify maintenance or compliance issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on property status and performance.
  • Handle complex issues complaints and disputes

Financial Management:

  • Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions and value for money in property maintenance.
  • Produce financial reports for property Owners and senior Leadership

Maintenance and Capital Projects

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
  • Manage major repairs, refurbishments, and improvement projects.
  • Coordinate contractors and monitor project budgets and timelines.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep up to date with changes in property laws and regulations.
  • Manage risk and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the property management portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
