Our client is currently looking for a talented, experienced Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of their own. Based in their well-established property management team in North London you will be experienced in Reapit, Goodlord and Flixflo.
As a Property Manager, you will provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of property management services.

Property Operations
- Manage the daily operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties to ensure efficient performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring they remain safe, well-presented, and fully compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out routine property inspections, identify maintenance or compliance issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on property status and performance.
- Handle complex issues complaints and disputes
Financial Management:
- Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions and value for money in property maintenance.
- Produce financial reports for property Owners and senior Leadership
Maintenance and Capital Projects
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Manage major repairs, refurbishments, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor project budgets and timelines.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up to date with changes in property laws and regulations.
- Manage risk and ensure health and safety standards are met.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the property management portfolio.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
