Senior Receptionist – London (Temp to Perm)
Salary: up to £55,000 + benefits
Location: London
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (with some flexibility when required)
A leading fintech business is looking for a Senior Receptionist to work as part of a team of 3, managing a corporate reception area in a prestigious London office.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a busy front of house, meeting and greeting high-profile guests and ensuring a 5* service
- Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept tidy and well stocked
- Managing catering, dealing with catering companies and ensuring breakfasts and lunches are ordered in a timely manner
- Assisting with onboarding new starters, facilitating office tours
- Managing access passes
- Training and mentoring more junior receptionists if required
About you:
- Extensive experience in a corporate reception role where a 5* guest service is paramount
- Experience of managing catering
- A strategic problem solver who is able to spot issues and come up with solutions
- Immaculately presented and a confident communicator at all levels
- Strong ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck into varied, hands-on tasks
- Excellent people skills and a confident, friendly manner
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing tech environment
- Happy working on-site full-time, with an early start
