The Role
Join Hays as a Senior Recruitment Consultant leading a specialist General Practice Surveying (GPS) desk. You will recruit professionals across commercial, residential and mixed-use property, covering valuation, agency, lease advisory, asset management and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing GPS desk
- Source and place candidates from Graduate to Director/Partner level
- Develop relationships with consultancies, lenders, developers, and public
- sector clients
- Deliver high-quality shortlists and market insight
- Drive revenue growth and repeat business

- Proven track record of billing in a 360 Recruitment role
- Strong business development skills
- Commercial mindset with ambition to progress
