We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business operating within the board advisory and leadership space.
This is not a traditional sales role.
There is no cold calling, no endless prospecting lists, and no expectation to generate business from scratch. Every conversation you have will be with individuals who have already engaged with the business and expressed an interest in learning more.
Your role will be to understand where each prospect is in their professional journey, identify their objectives, challenge their thinking where appropriate, and guide them towards the solution that best suits their needs.
You'll spend your time speaking with accomplished professionals including Managing Directors, Founders, CEOs, Consultants, and senior leaders via phone and Microsoft Teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a pipeline of warm, qualified enquiries.
- Conducting consultative discovery conversations with senior professionals.
- Understanding prospects' motivations, goals, and challenges.
- Building credibility and trust with high-calibre individuals.
- Presenting solutions via telephone and Microsoft Teams.
- Managing opportunities through the full sales process from initial consultation through to close.
- Handling objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in senior-level conversations and enjoys helping people make important career or business decisions.
You'll likely have experience in:
- Senior or Executive Recruitment.
- Executive Search.
- High-ticket consultative sales.
- Professional services business development.
- Advisory, coaching, or leadership programme sales.
- Account Executive roles selling premium B2B solutions.
You'll also demonstrate:
- A proven track record of closing high-value opportunities.
- Strong questioning and listening skills.
- The ability to influence without using hard-sell tactics.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Commercial awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
- Excellent organisation and pipeline management.
- The ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary of up to £35,000.
- Realistic uncapped OTE of £60,000-£80,000+.
