Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of the area’s leading multi-branch estate agencies, specializing in high-end and premium properties across the region.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is hungry to progress within a highly successful and well-established business.
You’ll be working with quality stock, motivated vendors and buyers, and a company that genuinely invests in its staff. For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to be trained into valuations and progress further within the business.
The role will involve travel between branches and appointments, with business mileage fully covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Working closely with branch teams across multiple locations
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What They’re Looking For:
- Previous estate agency sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Well-presented and professional approach
- Driven, ambitious, and target-focused mindset
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
- Desire to progress and develop within estate agency
