Location: Burnham-on-Sea

Basic Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £33,000 – £35,000) + Incentives +mileage allowance + pension

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a busy, high-performing estate agency branch in the sought-after area of Burnham-on-Sea.

This is an excellent role for someone looking to take the next step in their property career, working within a vibrant market that offers a diverse range of properties and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion
  • Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator
  • Proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market (or ability to quickly build this)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Able to work one in three Saturdays with time off in lieu
