We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Valuer to join a respected and growing independent estate agency in Biggleswade. The Role
As a Senior Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct market appraisals and property valuations across the local area
- Win new instructions and contribute to increasing market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Manage the sales process through to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Work closely with colleagues to drive office performance and results
Senior Sales Valuer Requirements
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Previous estate agency valuation/listing experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
- Ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Excellent local knowledge of the Biggleswade market (advantageous but not essential)
