We are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week (12 hour shifts, day shifts only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beeches.
Beeches is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
Your Day-to-Day… You’ll be working full time, 42 hours per week (12 hour shifts – days only). • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required • Support management in the day-to-day running of the service • Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities • Safeguard • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
