Are you an experienced and dedicated support professional looking to make a genuine difference to someone’s life? We are seeking a motivated Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support for our client based in Wyre Forest / Kidderminster.
Our client has complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate must be confident driving a mobility vehicle, be a competent swimmer, and demonstrate a caring, reliable, and committed approach to support work.
This role offers the opportunity to join a small, supportive team of four care workers, working collaboratively to enable our client to live as independently and actively as possible.

- Pay between £12.71 – £13.00 per hour, depending on experience

- 48 hours per week, including a mixture of 12-hour day and night shifts

What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Full driving licence
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- The ability to commit to 48 hours per week on a rolling rota
- Experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy and/or Global Developmental Delay (preferred but not essential)
