Registered Children’s Home Senior Support Worker Required for new Home in Benfleet Essex SS7
We are looking for Senior Support Worker to join an amazing new 2 bed Children’s Home for emergency placements supporting 8-18 year olds with EBD and challenging behaviours.
Our home is modern and bright.
The owners Registered Manager and Responsible Individual require someone who is enthusiastic and energetic.
Quality is key. We seek a person that is consistent ,reliable and has the knowledge. Someone who cares and will always find a solution.
The team including Registered Manager ,Responsible Individual and Directors will be there with full support and encourage training qualifications and progression.
Senior Support Worker Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care (essential)
- Supervisory experience (essential)
- Leadership, resilience, empathy, and honesty
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for supporting children and young people

Senior Support Worker Qualifications Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
