Senior Underwriter – Delegated Authority Programs
City of London | Hybrid | circa £140,000 + Bonus + Equity
I'm currently partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing carrier seeking a senior underwriting professional to help lead and shape its Program business.
This is a highly visible and authoritative position, offering genuine ownership across the full lifecycle of MGA partnerships, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through to onboarding, oversight and long term strategic growth. You'll be a key voice in deciding where the business deploys its capacity and how it continues to evolve.
The ideal individual will have a strong network across the UK MGA market, a deep understanding of delegated authority business and the commercial credibility to build lasting partnerships with high quality program partners.
Whilst the initial focus is the UK market, there is a clear ambition to expand further, creating an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their remit and help shape the future direction of a growing platform.
This is not a traditional underwriting role. It's an opportunity to have a genuine seat at the table and make a lasting impact.
If this sounds of interest, I'd be delighted to have a confidential conversation.
