Service Advisor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)
Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy dealership in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience within the motor trade to join a successful and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and organising the service schedule.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle throughout the day.
- Liaising with the workshop team and technicians regarding work required.
- Upselling additional work, services, or products where appropriate.
- Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated administration.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
