We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Exeter. The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and seamless aftersales experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair work
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Providing estimates and obtaining approval for additional work
- Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control
- Managing job cards, invoices, and service documentation
- Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using dealership management systems
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
