The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is excited to be supporting a well-established and successful dealership group who have a site in Salisbury, seeking an experienced and customer focused Service Advisor to join their growing aftersales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair journey.
Manage customer bookings, vehicle check-ins, and vehicle handovers.
Liaise effectively with the workshop team to ensure accurate communication and timely updates.
Promote and sell additional aftersales products and services, including service plans and workshop recommendations.
Maximise labour sales and upsell opportunities through Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs).
Ensure all customer records and job documentation are maintained accurately.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is not essential!
Full UK driving licence required.
The Package:
Salary: Up to £29,500 basic £35,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 18:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am – 12:30pm.
