Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent – Monday to Friday (Office based)
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are excited to exclusively supporting our Ashford based client in their search for a Service Coordinator.
As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the service and sales teams to assist in the growth of the business within the UK.
Duties include:

Produce remedial quotations after service engineer site visits.

Proactively chase outstanding quotations and work to convert them into orders.

Process and administer incoming orders accurately and within required timescales.

Provide support to colleagues on parts queries and offer wider assistance as needed to help the department meet business requirements.

Identify, raise and progress warranty claims promptly and efficiently.

Review oil and desiccant sample analysis reports, flag any failures, and ensure the necessary corrective actions are implemented.

Raise and manage supplier purchase orders (POs).

Support the gathering and submission of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) data.

Maintain clear verbal and written communication with internal teams, external customers and other stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

Undertake any other reasonable functional or administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.
Skills/experience required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong track record of developing positive customer relationships.

High level of flexibility and initiative, with the drive to improve processes and systems.

Strong written ability and confident numeracy skills.
-
Sound commercial awareness.

Full, valid driving licence.
