Service Designer (Contract)
London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
£500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)

We're supporting a leading financial services organisation looking for a hands-on Service Designer to join a key transformation programme.
The Role
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys
- Create service blueprints and journey maps
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product, tech and CX teams
- Translate insight into practical, scalable design outcomes
Requirements
- Strong Service Design experience in complex environments
- Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting and facilitation
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
