Your responsibilities as Service Desk Administrator
- Manage and coordinate requests through the management platform
- Liaise with onsite engineers and technical support teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Schedule preventative maintenance activities across multiple client locations
- Maintain accurate equipment inventories, records and documentation
- Support performance reporting through accurate data collection and administration
- Act as a key point of contact for customer communications and updates
What we’re looking for in a Service Desk Administrator
- Previous experience within service coordination, technical support or similar operational environments
- Knowledge of audio-visual technology, conferencing systems or related technical equipment
- Experience using service management or ticketing systems
- Strong administrative, documentation and scheduling capabilities
- Experience maintaining asset records, maintenance schedules and service reports
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
