Service Desk Consultant (Hybrid Working)
Ready to take your support career to the next level? We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Service Desk Consultant to join a fast-paced service desk environment.
You’ll play a key role in diagnosing and resolving incidents remotely, ensuring tickets are handled within SLA and customers are kept informed every step of the way. Acting as an escalation point, you’ll support 1st line teams, mentor apprentices, and help drive continuous service improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Managing and updating support tickets with clear, detailed notes
- Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and third parties
- Supporting end-user devices and Microsoft 365 environments
- Contributing to documentation, best practices, and process improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Strong Microsoft stack knowledge (Windows 10/11, M365, Azure)
- Experience in a service desk/MSP environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A Microsoft Associate certification (or equivalent)
