The role is based in Redditch, onsite Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
What does the role involve?
- Facilitating returns supporting the Customer Care Specialist team, alongside collections and issue credits to clients where applicable.
- Provide support to finance team – Investigate invoice queries aiming for quick resolution
- Purchase ledger end to end processes, including chasing overdue invoices, customer PO numbers, travel costs allocation, service orders. Approve supplier invoices
- Maintain and update customer and service-related information within Salesforce
- Ensure all files are filed correctly – with attention to detail for invoices.
- Support service engineers by preparing files for any outstanding invoices for clients they are going to service their machines.
- Chase customer purchase order numbers and service order numbers.
- Book flights and accommodation internationally for the Field Service Technicians when they visit customer sites.
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working in Administrator role.
- Exposure to fast-paced Manufacturing or Engineering environments
- Experience working with SAP or Salesforce.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple internal teams and liaise with customers.
