· Secondary ownership of the Change Management Process, ensuring compliance and promoting safe change practices.
· Taking ownership of Service Transition governance for assigned projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and assuring the safe delivery of change.
· Taking a keen interest in the business, what we do for our customers and understanding the potential consequences of poor Change Management.
What you will need
· A keen eye for detail.
· A speak up and raise early attitude.
· Ability to promote a collaborative and supportive team environment, while maintaining the ability to work independently.
· Good time management skills.
· Experience in Change Management and Service Transition.
· Experience in working within a regulated environment.
