Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Service Transition and Quality Manager to join our team!
This role oversees the successful introduction and continuous improvement of our IT services across our clubs and central teams. You'll act as the gatekeeper for service transitions, ensuring new technologies are fully tested, supported, and delivered to a high standard while working closely with Operations, Member Experience, and IT stakeholders.
You'll support service reviews, supplier performance, training and ongoing optimisation of IT systems to deliver a seamless experience for both members and colleagues.

- Strong IT Service background with a good understanding of ITIL frameworks and technical environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership
