My client, a global technology organisation delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking for a hands on ServiceNow Specialist with strong ITSM experience to design, configure, and implement enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Configure platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
- Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions
Essential Skills
- Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
- Strong configuration and development experience within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
- Experience with integrations (APIs, data mapping)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
- Exposure to ITOM, CSM or AI modules
- Experience with eBonding / Service Exchange
